Responsibilities:
• CRM Management & Optimization: Explore, set up, and manage customer relationship management systems (such as Zoho CRM or Salesforce) to track customer interactions and streamline marketing workflows.
• Lead Generation & Data Segmentation: Conduct targeted market research to identify potential business opportunities and build segmented customer databases for highly focused outreach.
• Inbound Campaign Automation: Design and deploy automated email nurturing sequences and workflows within the CRM to guide prospects through the marketing pipeline.
• Pipeline Analytics & Reporting: Build data dashboards to analyze lead quality, track conversion metrics, and evaluate the financial performance of ongoing marketing initiatives.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Business Management teams to align outreach strategies and ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
Preferred Skills / Requirements:
• CRM & Automation Tools: Hands-on familiarity or certification in leading CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot CRM) and automated marketing pipelines.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong comfort working with spreadsheets, building reports, and translating raw pipeline data into actionable growth strategies.
• Database & Information Management: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure database accuracy, customer privacy compliance, and clean records management.
• Strategic Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to draft compelling professional outreach and automated email communication.
