Responsibilities:
• Day-to-Day Operational Execution: Oversee and manage daily business activities, ensuring routine administrative, technical, and corporate workflows run seamlessly without disruption.
• Workflow Coordination: Monitor ongoing internal tasks across different teams, tracking progress and stepping in to resolve any operational bottlenecks or daily blockers.
• Office & Infrastructure Logistics: Manage daily resource allocation, coordinating the maintenance of office infrastructure, digital tools, and workspace environments to support team productivity.
• Documentation & Asset Management: Maintain and update internal daily logs, process checklists, and company inventories to keep corporate documentation accurate and organized.
• Vendor & Service Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, utility providers, and support staff to ensure daily services are delivered reliably.
