Trainer


Responsibilities:
Curriculum & Course Delivery: Conduct high-impact training sessions for students across multiple technology stacks, including Java, Python, DevOps, Data Structures & Algorithms, Machine Learning, and AI.
• Content Development: Design, update, and refine comprehensive training materials, lab exercises, projects, and assessment modules to align with current industry standards.
• Mentorship & Student Support: Guide students through practical, hands-on coding exercises, troubleshoot technical roadblocks, and provide constructive feedback on assignments and projects.
Performance Evaluation: Assess and track student progress through regular quizzes, code reviews, and mock interviews to ensure readiness for the job market.
Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of technological advancements and industry trends to continuously upgrade course offerings and training methodologies.

Preferred Skills / Requirements:
Technical Expertise: Deep, hands-on proficiency in core technologies (e.g., Python, Java) and advanced domains (e.g., DevOps tools, ML/AI frameworks, and Data Structures).
Instructional Skills: Proven ability to break down complex, abstract technical concepts into digestible, beginner-friendly explanations.
• Communication & Engagement: Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain high student engagement in both virtual and in-person classrooms.
Problem-Solving & Patience: Strong debugging skills and a patient, student-centric approach to mentoring learners at varying skill levels.
Prior Experience: (Optional but recommended) 1–3 years of experience in technical training, corporate training, or working as a software engineer/developer.
