Accounting


Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Ledgers: Maintain day-to-day financial transactions, logs, and ledger entries using cloud accounting tools like Zoho Books and QuickBooks.
Reconciliation: Perform weekly/monthly bank reconciliations to ensure data accuracy across company accounts.
Invoicing & Cash Flow: Assist in generating client invoices, tracking receipts, and monitoring accounts payable/receivable.
• Compliance Support: Help organize documentation for statutory compliance, including GST data preparation, TDS tracking, and corporate filings.
Documentation: Manage and archive financial records, bills, and vouchers to ensure a seamless audit trail.

Requirements / Preferred Skills:
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com / BBA / M.Com).
• Basic familiarity with cloud-based accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Tally).
• Strong conceptual understanding of standard accounting principles (Debits/Credits, P&L, Balance Sheets).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
