Architecture
Responsibilities:
• HLD & LLD Engineering: Translate complex product requirements into robust distributed systems, engineering both high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) architectural blueprints.
• Modern Framework Implementation: Research, model, and deploy advanced backend patterns, focusing heavily on Microservices, Event-Driven frameworks, and Serverless architectures.
• High-Scale Domain Modeling: Deconstruct and design core infrastructure engines for massive-scale applications:
Social Networks: Optimizing graph data structures and real-time activity feed generation algorithms.
Media Streaming: Architecting low-latency delivery pipelines using Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) and chunked data streaming.
Payment Gateways: Implementing transactional consistency (ACID compliance), idempotent APIs, and secure ledger systems.
Geospatial/Maps: Integrating real-time location tracking, spatial indexing, and proximity-based querying.
• Data & Cache Layer Strategy: Design high-throughput data storage strategies across relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases, integrating caching layers like Redis to maximize performance.
• API Crafting & Security: Design secure, well-documented APIs (RESTful, GraphQL, or gRPC) utilizing message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ) for asynchronous communication and strict rate-limiting.
Preferred Skills / Requirements:
• Advanced CS Foundations: Deep understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Core Object-Oriented Design Principles (SOLID patterns).
• Distributed Systems Expertise: Strong conceptual mastery of horizontal/vertical scaling, database sharding, load balancing, and network protocols.
• Backend Tech Stack Clarity: Experience or solid technical grounding in modern backend ecosystems (such as Node.js, Python, Go, or Java) and database management.
• Analytical Reverse-Engineering: Ability to dissect, analyze, and document the production-grade architecture of industry giants like Netflix, Uber, or Instagram.
• Technical Specification & Documentation: Strong communication skills to write clean technical documentation, system workflows, and developer specifications for the engineering team.
