Compliance
Responsibilities:
• Compliance Framework Development: Analyze and interpret evolving regulatory requirements to design, implement, and continuously update a robust corporate compliance framework tailored for Ideactra.
• Corporate & MCA Governance: Oversee and execute all necessary Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) filings, maintaining accurate statutory registers, and ensuring timely annual secretarial compliances.
• Taxation & Financial Compliance: Coordinate with financial teams to ensure absolute adherence to GST protocols, direct/indirect tax deadlines, and accurate regulatory reporting.
• Labor Law & Workplace Compliance: Establish and monitor policies that align with regional labor laws, employment standards, and workplace safety guidelines to mitigate organizational risk.
• Audit & Risk Mitigation: Conduct regular internal reviews and risk assessments to proactively identify operational gaps, implementing corrective action plans before they impact the organization.
Preferred Skills/Requirements:
• Corporate Law & Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Companies Act, Indian labor laws, and statutory compliance frameworks relevant to corporate entities.
• Meticulous Documentation & Filing: Proven track record of managing official corporate documentation, drafting board resolutions, and handling filings with regulatory bodies.
• Analytical Risk Assessment: Strong ability to audit internal workflows, spot regulatory vulnerabilities, and design structured policies to mitigate compliance risks.
• Ethical Judgement & Integrity: Exceptional attention to detail combined with a high degree of professional integrity, ensuring all organizational practices remain above board.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Excellent communication skills to work alongside management, legal counsels, and external auditors to streamline compliance operations.
