Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth Planning: Assist leadership in defining, refining, and executing long-term corporate strategies and business models to scale operations.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor landscapes to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Department Heads (Tech, Marketing, HR, Sales) to ensure departmental goals directly align with the overarching company vision.
Operational Frameworking: Help design, track, and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and operational frameworks to measure organizational progress and efficiency.
Presentation & Reporting: Prepare high-level strategic reports, data-driven insights, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders to support executive decision-making.

Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to analyze complex data, connect disparate insights, and synthesize them into structured, actionable business plans.
Business Acumen: Solid understanding of corporate structures, market dynamics, and operational scaling strategies.
Communication & Synthesis: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate high-level corporate visions into clear, concise documentation.
Tools Proficiency: Advanced comfort with research methodologies and professional presentation/data tools (e.g., advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and market research databases).
