Digital Marketing
Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management: Oversee, curate, and grow the company’s official presence across key platforms, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and Facebook.
• Content Creation & Strategy: Brainstorm, write, and design engaging multi-format content (articles, social media posts, infographics, and short-form videos) that aligns with the brand’s voice.
• Campaign Execution & Monitoring: Launch digital marketing campaigns aimed at brand awareness and lead generation, tracking daily engagement and community interactions.
• Analytics & Performance Reporting: Monitor platform analytics to evaluate content performance, track audience growth, and compile regular reports with actionable insights.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital collateral and copy strictly adhere to company branding guidelines and maintain a professional, cohesive image.
Preferred Skills / Requirements:
Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of professional networking dynamics on LinkedIn, as well as engagement strategies for X, Instagram, and Facebook.
Creative Writing & Copywriting: Strong command of the English language with the ability to turn technical or business concepts into clear, compelling marketing copy.
Marketing & Design Tools: Familiarity with modern creative and marketing tools (e.g., Canva for design, Mailchimp/HubSpot for email, and Google Analytics).
Analytical Mindset: Ability to read basic performance data, recognize audience trends, and quickly adapt strategies based on what works.
