Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
HR Operations & Administration: Maintain and update digital employee records, process HR requests, and ensure compliance with internal company policies and labor standards.
HRMS Management: Utilize and maintain Human Resource Management Systems (such as Workday or Zoho People) to track employee data, attendance, and performance metrics.
Employee Engagement & Relations: Act as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits, and assist in organizing team-building initiatives to foster a positive company culture.
Offboarding Support: Help manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit surveys, coordinating final paperwork, and retrieving company assets.

Preferred Skills / Requirements:
HR Tools & Technology: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with modern HRIS/HRMS platforms (e.g., Workday, Zoho People, BambooHR).
Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Outstanding empathy, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills to effectively support employees at all levels.
Discretion & Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive personal data and confidential company information with the utmost integrity.
Problem-Solving & Agility: A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple HR initiatives and adapt to changing team needs.
