Responsibilities:
Digital Engagement & Lead Capture: Utilize advanced sales and conversational tools (such as Zoho SalesIQ) to interact with website visitors in real time, answer queries, and capture high-intent business leads.
Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Screen inbound inquiries, evaluate prospect requirements, and qualify leads to effectively move them through the sales pipeline.
Product Demonstrations & Pitching: Conduct professional sales pitches, present company services, and deliver product demonstrations to prospective business clients.
CRM & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, follow-up schedules, and deal statuses within the company’s sales CRM.
Market Outreach & Prospecting: Identify prospective B2B clients through targeted research and initiate professional outreach campaigns via email and professional networks.

Preferred Skills / Requirements:
Sales Technology Familiarity: Hands-on familiarity or strong interest in leveraging conversational marketing and sales intelligence tools (e.g., Zoho SalesIQ, Intercom, or HubSpot Sales).
Persuasive Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical value propositions clearly and confidently.
Relationship Management: A customer-centric approach with strong active listening skills to understand client pain points and map them to company solutions.
