Software Quality Assurance & Testing

Responsibilities:
• QA Strategy & Planning: Define, develop, and implement comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies tailored to product requirements.
• Test Case Design & Execution: Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, test cases, and test scripts to maximize test coverage.
• Automation Engineering: Design and maintain robust test automation frameworks to streamline regression testing and accelerate deployment cycles.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects throughout their lifecycle, collaborating closely with developers to ensure swift resolution.
• End-to-End Quality Guarding: Conduct thorough functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure stable, high-performing releases.

Preferred Skills / Requirements:
• Testing Methodologies: Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes across both manual and automated testing.
• Automation Tools: Hands-on experience or familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar industry standards.
• Analytical Thinking: Sharp troubleshooting and analytical skills to isolate, replicate, and diagnose complex software behavior.
• Agile Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly within an Agile development workflow, adapting quickly to evolving feature sets.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to spotting edge cases, performance bottlenecks, and user experience flaws.
