Talent Acquisition


Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing: Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to build a strong pipeline of early-career talent, interns, and experienced lateral hires.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Project Managers, and Leadership teams to deeply understand technical requirements and team growth objectives.
Campus & Community Outreach: Manage full-cycle internship hiring programs, including coordinating with placement cells, managing job postings, and tracking candidate evaluations.
HR Tech Management: Utilize and optimize recruitment platforms, job boards, and applicant tracking tools (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and specialized HRMS/ATS platforms).
Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and positive experience from the initial reach-out to the final offer rollout.

Preferred Skills / Requirements:
Sourcing & Screening Expertise: Proven ability to effectively evaluate resumes, screen technical profiles, and identify the right cultural and technical fit.
Tech-Savviness: Hands-on experience or familiarity with modern HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and candidate databases (e.g., Zoho People, Workday, Naukri, LinkedIn).
Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Outstanding negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills to connect with candidates and internal team leaders.
Organization & Agility: Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
